Shipping Schedule
We ship twice a week to ensure your sea moss arrives fresh and quickly:
Monday Shipments: Place your order by Saturday 11:59 PM for Monday shipping.
Thursday Shipments: Place your order by Tuesday 11:59 PM for Thursday shipping.
Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed for the next available shipping day.
Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase
Transit Time: According to USPS, ground shipping it 1-5 business days.

Return Policy
If you have any issues with your order, please contact our Customer Care team by emailing info@mossedem.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your product, we may offer a 50% refund as a resolution, as we sell consumable goods.
We are committed to resolving any issues and will provide a replacement or refund for any damaged or lost items. To process this, please email a clear picture of the damaged item to info@mossedem.com. Replacement orders will be sent out within 1-3 business days.
If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us before your order has shipped. Once an item has shipped, we are unable to issue refunds or make changes to the order.
